Healy Device, App & Programs FAQs
How long does it take to charge my Healy Device?
The Healy Device takes anywhere between 1 and 2 hours to fully charge, depending on the adaptor you are using and whether you are charging directly from a wall outlet, a Power Bank or a Vehicle.
My Healy is difficult to Turn On
The Healy Device has been built to be a robust unit and Yes, some find it difficult to turn on. I certainly did at first. I found the trick is to try a short, hard press at slightly different spots where the power on symbol is. Take your time between presses to see if the green light has started blinking before trying again. You will soon be getting it first time every time.
